1. Terms used

a. Web page - the database, which is available via the web site www.worlddogsregister.com
b. Administrator - the administrator and agent of the web site is Worlddogs Plc.
c. User - user of the web site
d. Services - web site services provided by the administrator

2. Terms and conditions

a. By accessing and using the web site the user agrees to these terms of use.
b. Registered users remain indefinitely on the database.

3. Users rights and obligations

a. Users must provide the correct information about themselves.
b. Users must ensure that the password does not fall into the hands of third parties who are not authorised to use the account.
c. You must be at least 16 years old to register on the web site.       
d. Users must agree that if someone approaches the web site www.wordldogsregister.com in order to find the owner of a lost dog, then the owner's full name, contacts phone numbers, and country of location, along with the name of the animal, chip number, breed and a brief overview of the animal's description will all be unveiled.

4. Administrator rights and obligations

a.  The administrator has the right to unilaterally change the terms of use and amend price lists according to the development of the web site and services. Users will be informed about any change of conditions and services via the web site.
b. The administrator has the right to restrict or revoke user access rights if the user violates these terms of use.
c. The administrator has the right to verify any information and text entered by the user and to modify or remove inaccurate information which may mislead, or which does not comply with good practice.
d.  The administrator is required to maintain the confidentiality of all user names and passwords and undertakes not to pass on such information to third parties.
e. The administrator undertakes not to disclose registered users' contact information to third parties, except for the contact transmission of grounds prescribed by law to prevent or investigate an offence, or in other cases. The administrator uses the information given by users only to provide the services desired by the user, and in relation to these services. The administrator will only add users' contact information to the direct mailing lists by agreement with users themselves.

5. Log files

a. The user's computer IP address, browser type, and time spent on the info page are automatically saved while visiting the web site. We use this information solely to improve the site's performance and usability. 
b.  Log files are not matched to personally identifiable information.

6. Cookies

a. Cookies are parts of information which are stored on the user's hard drive for storage purposes. Cookies make your online movements easier, saving your preferences when you use our web site again.
b. We never save passwords or credit card information in cookies. The use of cookies is an industry standard - you can find them in almost all major web sites.

7. Notification of changes

a. The administrator reserves the right to renew or amend the conditions of use at any time without prior notice. Your use of this site following any such changes effectively gives your consent to comply and be associated with any revised terms of use. For this reason, we recommend that you review these terms of use whenever you use this site.

8. Copyrights

a. Web site and all its contents, including the database of all text and images are protected by author's rights.
b. The author's rights belong to the administrator and the software created by the order, theme, and copyrighted software belong to the administrator.
c. The administrator has the right to perform all author's rights worldwide.

9. Applicable Law

a. These terms are an agreement between the user and the administrator in regard to the web site and its applications and operating rules which replace all prior agreements between the user and the administrator.
b. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
c. By agreement, any unregulated issues shall be solved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. 
d. If, for one reason or another, one or more of these terms of use standards proves to be invalid or does not have legal force, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10. Force Majeure

a. The administrator is not responsible for damage which occurs due to unenforceable circumstances. Unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, which partially or completely prevent the fulfilment of obligations and do not depend on the will of the parties involved, are regarded as a case of force majeure.
